Industrialization, urbanism and internationalization provide the specific condition and chance for the construction of new country in Suzhou. Each level of government in Suzhou accumulates abundant of experience in the development and obtains powerful financial strength to support the construction of new country. Collective economic resumes in the process and produces many institution innovation to enhance peasants’ benefit. But the role of peasants in the development still needs to be emphasized. Nowadays, the incomes and living conditions of peasants in each region and level are in big diversity. The living conditions of the peasants, who live far from the industry centers, are not good. How could the local governments and industrial section let the peasants to be the important role to share the benefit of industrialization and urbanism in the pursue of GDP is the work needs to be completed. The experience of Suzhou provides some inspiration to us.
