造孔剂的量对多孔陶瓷孔结构的影响
Effect of the content of pore-forming agents on properties of porous ceramic
以刚玉为骨料，碳粉为造孔剂制备出多孔陶瓷。系统的考察了造孔剂对多孔陶瓷孔结构的影响。研究表明：成孔剂的最佳加入量为14%～26%。成孔剂质量分数的增加会使多孔陶瓷的平均孔径增大，孔径分布变宽。
Porous ceramic were prepared by corundum powders and pore-forming agents. The influence of the content of pore-forming agents on properties of porous ceramic such as porosity, mean pore size and pore size distribution were investigated..The content of pore-forming agents should between 14% to 26%. The mean pore size of porous ceramic was increased with the increment of the content of pore-forming agents. Meanwhile, the pore size distribution became broader.
