正交试验法优选沙清润咳颗粒水提工艺
Optimize the Extraction Technology of Shaqing Runke Granule with the Method of Orthogonal Experiments
目的 优选沙清润咳颗粒中黄芩等药的最佳水提工艺 。方法 采用正交试验法,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以水提液中浸膏得率和黄芩苷提取量为考察指标进行工艺筛选。结果 黄芩等药物的最佳醇提工艺为8倍量水提取2次,第一次1.5小时,第二次1小时。结论 该工艺稳定可行,简单合理。
Objective To Optimize the water extraction extraction technology of Radix Scutellaria and the other Traditional Chinese medicine in Shaqing Runke Granule. Methods In this research , An orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the amount of water, extraction time and extraction times,in order to optimized the extract conditions, the study used the dry extract weight and the content of Baicalin as markers. Results The optimized water extraction technology was that the amount of water is 8 times as much as the weight of the drugs were added, extracted 2 times,the first extracted time is 1.5 hours,the second extracted time is 1 hour .Conclusion The optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible.
