非中心对称的Nd:KGd(PO3)4晶体的生长与包裹物分析

KGd(PO3)4(KGP)是一种潜在的激光非线性光学复合功能基质晶体材料,本文采用顶部籽晶高温溶液生长方法研究了Nd3+激活离子掺杂的KGP晶体的生长,通过优化生长工艺,获得了大尺寸(38×30×15mm3)的Nd:KGP晶体,晶体质量整体良好。XRD分析表明生成态晶体为非中心对称的P21空间群结构,可用于激光自倍频性质研究。对生成态晶体进行缺陷观察,主要是熔体包裹以及少量的气泡包裹。晶体生长工艺的改善,有助于减少这些包裹。
KGd(PO3)4 crystal is a promising laser-nonlinear multi-functional host materials. Nd3+ doped KGP single crystals with large sizes of 38×30×15mm3 was grown successfully used by the top seeded solution growth technique from the high-temperature self-flux melts. The as-grwon crystal was transparent and had good quality, and its structure belonged to P21 space group determined by XRD. The inclusions inside the crystal was observed and they were mainly melt and a little bubbles.
