水牛卵巢腔前卵泡数量统计与超微结构观察

Study on the quantity of buffalo preantral follicle and ultranstructural characterization of the oocyte

通过石蜡切片染色观察统计比较了水牛与黄牛卵巢各级腔前卵泡数量,并对水牛卵泡的超微结构进行了观察。显示:水牛卵巢中原始卵泡为37578.81±11757.16个,极显著高于初级卵泡的11537.94±1410.17和次级卵泡的1753.40±1725.81(P<0.01)。水牛卵巢腔前卵泡的总平均数为50870.14±11387.26个,极显著低于黄牛卵巢的113483.32±22616.60(P<0.01)。超微结构观察发现水牛腔前卵泡卵母细胞围绕形态多样化的颗粒细胞,卵母细胞和颗粒细胞间形成桥粒和间隙连接,细胞核位于胞质中心,细胞质中分布有少数的圆形或椭圆形线粒体,并有大量的圆形脂质滴出现,存在粗面内质网以及少量游离的核糖体,而且出现少量的皮质颗粒。

he objective of the present study was to describe the quantity of preantral follicle of buffalo ovary, as well as the ultrastructural characterization of the preantral follicle. The results showed that: the number of primordial follicle was estimated at 37578.81±11757.16 structures which was extreme significant difference to primary and secondary follicles at 11537.94±1410.17 and 1753.40±1725.81structures respectively(P<0.01). And the total preantral follicles of buffalo ovaries 50870.14±11387.26were significantly lower than that of the bovine ovaries 113483.32±22616.60(P<0.01). The results of ultrastructure observation showed that there were some desmosome junctions and gap junctions between granulose cells and oocytes. The nucleus was central located, and there were small lipid vacuoles distributed evenly in the cytoplasm. Few cortical granules were visible in the region where contain well-developed rough endoplasmic reticulum and free ribosomes.
