不同载体固定化降解菌去除水体中石油的研究

本研究采用表面吸附的方法将石油降解菌GS3C进行固定化,三种固定化载体稻草秸秆、玉米秸秆及蒙脱石与未固定化菌对原油去除效果分别为86.20%、50.03%、51.76%,均高于单纯投加菌液的原油去除率35.52%,确定固定化的最佳载体为稻草秸秆,其最佳投加量为1.5g/30mL培养液。

In the present study, oil-degrading bacteria strain Burkholderia cepacia GS3C was immobilized into three different materials of rice straw, maize straw and montmorillonite. Immobilized bacteria had much higher ability in degrading oil. The degradation percentage of oil by these three immobilized materials was 86.20%, 50.03% and 51.76%, respectively. The unimmobilized bacteria could only degrade 35.52% of oil. Among these three materials, rice straw was the best one and its optimal input amount into medium is 1.5g/30mL.
