采用混合指纹处理方法的定位系统性能分析

在指纹定位(Location Fingerprinting,LF)技术中,指纹质量的好坏对最终的定位结果有很大影响。本文综合多种指纹处理方法用于增加定位精度。离线阶段采用指纹合并与指纹填充两种方法获得指纹在空间的均匀分布,在线阶段采用指纹特征维度选择启发式规则筛出候选指纹,缩小定位区域,再通过模糊聚类,确定候选样本的权值。最后基于某密集城区的一个实际蜂窝网络进行了定位性能测试,实验结果表明采用的指纹处理方法在实际网络环境下是有效的。

In the field of Fingerprinting Location (LF), the quality of the fingerprint has a great influence on the location results. In this paper, we use a variety of fingerprint processing methods to improve the positioning accuracy. In the offline stage, Fingerprint merging and fingerprint filling are used to ensure the uniform distribution of the fingerprint in the space, and the online stage uses the heuristic fingerprint feature dimension rules to select the candidate fingerprints, then reduce the location area, and last determine the weight of the candidate samples by fuzzy clustering. In the end, we test the performance based on a real cellular network in a dense urban area, the results show that this method is effective in the actual network environment.
