乳酸脱氢酶LDHB在HBV慢性感染中的作用及机制

HBV infection has brought a huge burden on human life and health. To investigate the mechanism of LDHB in the process of chronic HBV infection, this study utilized Western Blot, qRT-PCR, and Elisa to assess the impact of LDHB on HBV replication. The effect of LDHB on cell proliferation was proved by CCK-8 and plate cloning. Additionally, tumor microsphere induction was employed to evaluate the effect of cell proliferation on HBV replication. The findings indicated that LDHB exhibited inhibitory effects on both HBV replication and release. Than, LDHB played a promoting role in the process of cell proliferation. Moreover, it was observed that cell proliferation impeded viral replication. This study demonstrated that HBV promotes viral replication and release by down-regulating LDHB to inhibit cell proliferation, providing a novel insight into reducing levels of HBV replication and treating HBV associated diseases.
