热导式气体传感器工作原理及检测方法改进

为克服传统热导式气体传感器检测气体方法的诸多缺陷,我们结合热导式气体传感器的工作原理,提出了一种使传感器保持在恒温状态的气体浓度检测新方法。分析了该方法的检测原理,并根据传热学理论证明了该方法的可行性。理论和实践表明,该方法具有许多传统检测方法所不具备的突出优点,具有良好的应用前景。

In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional method of gas concentration detection。We unify the Thermal conductivity gas sensor’s working principle. A new method is proposed which keeps thermal conductivity sensor at a constant temperature.The principle of detection is analyzed and the feasibility of method is proved theoretically based on the theory of heat transfer.It is indicated theoretically and experimentally that the proposed method has some extraordinary characters over traditional methods and can be widely used in the field of gas detection.
