通过三维造型技术对车轮实体进行实体建模,利用Anycasting软件进行网格划分,确定初始条件、边界条件。设计对比实验,进行数值模拟,研究模具温度、熔体温度以及时间压力曲线对充型时间、充型顺序、充型平稳性以及卷气的影响。结果表明,模具温度及熔体温度对充型时间、充型顺序、充型平稳性以及卷气的影响较小,其主要影响因素是时间压力曲线。

In this paper,three-dimensional entity modeling technology is applied for modeling the wheel, and mesh wheel to set the boundary conditions and experimental parameters. Comparative experiments were designed, and the numerical simulation was done to study the impact of mold temperature, melt temperature and time pressure curve on the filling time, order, stability and gas entrapment. The results showed that the mold temperature and melt temperature have little effect on the filling time, order, stability and gas entrapment, the main factor is the time pressure curve.
