二级同轴双曲柄行星传动承载能力分析

针对现有环式减速器振动噪声大和摆线针轮减速器转臂轴承易失效、需专门输出机构等问题,提出一种由一级渐开线传动和一级摆线传动组成的二级同轴双曲柄行星传动。对该传动的传动原理和结构形式进行分析,建立整个传动系统受力分析模型,对其受力和轴承寿命进行计算;利用有限元法对第二级摆线针轮行星传动的接触齿对数和接触强度进行计算。结果表明,在额定载荷工况下,该传动曲柄轴内支撑轴承受较大周期性交变载荷,是整个传动的薄弱环节;摆线传动有5对齿接触并承担载荷,最大mises应力为126.3MPa,满足设计要求。

In view of the problems of vibration, loud noise in current ring reducers and high load in turning arm bearing, the need of special output device in cycloidal pinwheel reducers, a two-step coaxial double-crank planetary transmission is proposed which is consisted of an involute transmission and a cycloidal pinwheel transmission. The structural feature and transmission principle are analysed;The force analysis modal of the system is built up and the force and the bearing life is carried out; The contact strength of cycloidal pinwheel of the second step is analysed using FEA. The result indicates that under rated condition,the weak link of the transmission is the inside supporting bearing on the crankshaft due to the high periodical and alterative load; there are five pairs of meshing teeth and the max mises stress is 126.3 MPa. In conclusion ,the transmission satisfies the design request.
