基于MATLAB的食品工艺参数优化

本课题采用MATLAB对二次回归组合设计试验得到的数学模型进行工艺参数优化。运行MATLAB程序,得到反映因素交互作用关系的响应面图;运用优化工具箱中的fmincon函数,并调用Object.m和Confun.com函数,从而得到优化结果。响应面图和优化结果对食品工艺的选择具有很好的指导作用。相比传统VC和VB语言程序,MATLAB具有的强大的矩阵运算能力、灵活的可编程能力及完美的三维图形输出能力及丰富的工具箱函数,使得测量数据简洁和节省编程时间,具有明显的优越性,可以广泛应用于食品工艺参数的优化。
Mathematical model by Quadratic Regression Combination Design Testing was carried to optimizing technological parameter using MATLAB. Response surface maps reflecting mutual effects were observed by MATLAB program. Fmincon function in optimizing toolbox was runned. Object.m and Confun.com was used to optimizing results. Response surface maps and optimizing results provide better instructional function to choice of food technology. Strong matrix operating ability, flexible programming ability, perfect three-dimensional outputting ability and abundant workbox function in MATLAB make measuring data compact and save programming time. Comparing to traditional VC and VB program, MATLAB has obvious advantage. MATLAB can be widely used in food processing parameters optimization.
