水利工程建设水生态环境效益系统分析

Based on the technical measures such as frequency analysis method, theory analysis method, expert consulting method, and the method of AHP, water environment benefit evaluation index system about resource, environment, ecology, human and society, is established. And the proportion computation model of water environment benefit grounded on subjective evaluation, objective evaluation and comprehensive evaluation which are based on proportion computation theory of multiple objective combined assessments is provided. The component weightiness assessment of water environment benefits are developed. The Jiantan hydraulic hinge project in Huizhou, Guangdong province, of which the component weightiness assessment, is chosen as a typical proof to approve the feasibility and applicability of the models .
