如何预测回收产品的数量是建立具有回收产品库存模型的难点。考虑到与需求相比回收产品在数量上具有更大的不确定性的特征,本文建立了模糊性和随机性并存条件下的库存模型。模型将用户需求假定为服从正态分布的随机变量,回收产品定义为模糊随机变量,利用模糊随机变量期望值理论和可能性均值排序方法,得到了考虑回收情形下的求解方法和控制策略。通过与传统库存模型的比较分析,得到了有意义的结论。论文最后通过算例和灵敏度分析,说明了方法的有效性。

Forecasting the quantity precisely is the key when modeling the inventory model if return is considered. Compared to demand, returned products showed greater uncertainty regarding to quality. In this regard, a new model was built considering the fuzziness and randomness simultaneously, using expectation theory of fuzzy random variable. The demands from clients were considered as normal distribution. The paper shows the optimal control variables after comparing with the traditional inventory models. At last, a numerical example and sensitivity analysis are shown to verify the validity of the model.
