基于蜂群算法的集装箱场站装卸资源调度优化
Handling Resources Scheduling Optimization Container Yard Based on Bee Algorithm
铁路集装箱中心站是我国铁路集装箱运输体系中的重要节点,也是对集装箱进行作业组织的关键场所。本文以铁路集装箱中心站装卸资源的调度优化问题为研究对象,针对列车到达晚点的情况,采用以轨道门吊为主、正面吊为辅的装卸作业模式,对铁路中心站装卸资源进行优化。文中考虑了列车到发时刻约束,建立了针对列车到达晚点情况的装卸资源调度优化模型,并结合问题特点,设计了蜂群算法对进行求解。最后,结合实际情况设计算例对模型有效性和求解效果进行验证,实验结果表明模型和求解算法可行且具有明显优化效果。
Railway container terminals are essential nodes in railway container transportation system, which are necessary for the storage and handling operation of containers and can guarantee the transfer of containers between nodes. In this paper, container handling resources scheduling optimization in railway container terminals is studied, which adopts Gantry Cranes as the main handling resource with Reach Stackers being the auxiliary ones. A mathematical model of handling resources scheduling optimization, considering the constraints of arrival-departure time of trains, is established. To solve the model, Bees Algorithm (BA) is adopted according to the characters of this problem. Then, according to the practical situation, several cases were designed and a mathematical experiment was conducted. The effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by the application.
