改性水玻璃木材胶黏剂制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Wood Adhesives Based on Water Glass
水玻璃胶黏剂不含甲醛和其他有机毒害污染物质,是一种绿色环保的无机胶黏剂,但其与木材粘结力不高、耐水性差、脆性大等缺陷是限制该类产品在木材行业应用。本文通过硅烷偶联剂和氟硅酸钠对水玻璃胶黏剂进行改性以提升水玻璃与木材的粘结强度和耐水性。研究发现:少量硅烷偶联剂的加入可有效提升胶黏剂与木材的粘结强度,而氟硅酸钠对改善水玻璃胶黏剂的耐水性有积极作用。改性后的水玻璃胶黏剂能初步满足其在木材粘结中的应用需求。
Water glass adhesives, free of formaldehyde and other organic toxic pollutants, is a kind of green inorganic adhesive. Its application in timber industrial was restricted by the low adhesive force to wood, poor water resistance, brittleness and other defects. In this paper, a silane coupling agent, and sodium fluoride are used as modified additives for the water glass adhesive to enhance its adhesive strength and water resistance. The study indicates that adding a small amount of a silane coupling agent can effectively enhance the bond strength between the adhesives and wood, and sodium fluorosilicate can improve the adhesives water resistance. Modified water glass adhesive can meet their basic application needs in wood bonding.
