熔体在矩形孔道中流动模型的有限元数值解及解析解的分析研究
Study and Analysis on numerical consequence and analytical of Flow Model for the Polymer in Rectangular Channels
基于高聚物流变学中的基本理论,采用傅立叶转换及泊松方程的求解方法,对高聚物熔体在矩形孔道内的流动状态进行有限元网格划分,求得运动的数值解,为异形喷丝板优化设计和纺丝工艺的匹配提供理论依据。
Based on the fundamental theories in high polymer rheology, by the means of Fourier transformation and the method of solving Possion equation,the numerical consequence of the momentum equation can be written after dividing the finite element net to the flow in rectangular channels,which can offer more reasonable theoretical foundation for shaped spinneret optimization design and matching of the spinning craft.
