城市道路交通拥挤事件的相对增量判别准则和平均占有率自动检测算法

本文针对我国城市道路中存在的交通拥挤现象,从分析交通流基本要素着手,通过对城市道路路段上环形线圈采集到的交通流流量和占有率数据进行对比性分析和统计推导,从理论上论证了交通拥挤产生的原因。提出了交通拥挤现象出现与消散过程的相对增量判别准则,并且利用给出的判别准则,构造出适当的拥挤检测指标,利用这些指标把交通流状态划分为四个状态。在此基础上,提出了城市道路路段上交通拥挤的平均占有率自动检测算法,最后结合实际调查的数据,对算法的正确性进行了验证。
In this paper, We analysis the mutual relations among basic factors in traffic flow, then we proposed a new criterion to estimate congestion incidents which happened in urban main streets. With the criterion, we designed some new detection guidelines for congested situation, according which we measure off the traffic stream into four status. Finally, we advanced a new algorithm for urban traffic congestion incidents detection with the above solutions and we also verified the algorithm by using data from real road networks.
