基于动态过程模拟的Oxy-CFB锅炉燃烧排放特性研究
Study on the emission characteristics of Oxy-CFB boiler combustion system based on the dynamic simulation
本文以某循环流化床富氧燃烧中试系统为研究对象,借助Aspen Plus流程模拟软件搭建了Oxy-CFB燃烧系统的稳态模型,在此基础上针对动态过程模拟进行改进,并利用Aspen Dynamics平台建立了该燃烧系统的动态模型,研究并获得了循环流化床富氧燃烧排放产物中二氧化碳、氧气、一氧化碳、一氧化氮等烟气组分随给煤量、一次风量阶跃变化的响应特性。研究结果显示,基于Aspen Dynamics的动态过程模拟为Oxy-CFB锅炉燃烧系统的动态特性分析提供了新的研究方法和手段。
Using the Aspen Plus, the paper firstly built a steady-state simulation model for an oxy-fuel circulating fluidized bed combustor pilot facility. After modifying the steady-state model for the dynamic process simulation, a new dynamic model was built based on Aspen Dynamics. The study of dynamic characteristics focused on the reponses of the components such as carbon dioxide, oxygen, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen monoxide in the flue gas for the coal feed and primary air step changes was carried. The research results show that the dynamic model based on Aspen Dyanmics provides a new method for the dynamic characteristics research.
