本文提出了一种基于51单片机的精密达位电动转台控制系统设计方案。在控制回路中,依据角位给定值和反馈值,计算角位误差信号,然后运用仿人控制算法计算出控制量输出到功放,驱动转台达位。该方案的控制软件全部采用汇编语言编程,使系统具有良好的实时性。本设计方案已成功运用到了某型电动转台的控制系统中,实践证明该方案经济实用,能很好的满足对动态性能要求不高的转台控制系统。

his paper presents a design of control system for electro-turntable of precise position based on C51 microcontroller. In the control loop, we accumulate the error information of angular position according to the given value and feedback value, and the controlled variable, which is derived from the PID control algorithm based on humanoid control, is transported into power amplifier to drive the turntable to a precise position. The turntable has a good real-time property, because we absolutely use assembly language programming in control software of this design. It has been successfully applied in a certain electro-turntable control system, and the practice verified that this kind of turntable control system is economical and practical, and it’s applicable to turntable control system which doesn’t demand a high dynamic performance.
