ICOM(Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine)标准是医学影像环境中的高层网络通信协议,说明了影像系统之间通过网络进行图像交换和实现互操作的规范,使得不同厂商生产的设备所形成的图像统一存档和通信成为可能。本文通过对DICOM协议标准,DICOM文件格式和DICOM通信体系结构的详细解析,提出了一种基于TCP/IP网络分层的DICOM通信模型,采用分层的思想实现DICOM通信协议,并详细介绍了每层的结构、实现流程。开发环境是基于Windows操作系统提供的TCP/IP协议栈以及支持的底层物理网络连接,开发平台是支持面向对象编程的Microsoft VC++6.0,基于软件方式完成了DICOM图像数据从客户端到服务器端的传送过程。

ICOM(Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine)standard,the high level network communication protocol in medical imaging, standardized the image exchange and operation implementation between medical systems using network. DICOM make it possible that the medical images produced by devices from different factory can be stored and transferred uniformly.In this paper, by analyzing DICOM protocol architecture model and its working mechanism, we design a DICOM network communication model based on TCP/IP, Paper described the layered idea for DICOM communication protocol implementation, the detailed architecture, implementation, and key technique in each layer,and realize this purpose based in windows system using Microsoft VC++6.0, realized DICOM image data transmission process from client to server.
