伴随着我国城市轨道交通的飞速发展,乘客对旅行时间的变化更加敏感,为了更好的满足乘客的需求,提升城市轨道交通在交通系统中的竞争力,我们需要更好的掌握城市轨道交通乘客旅行时间的分布规律以及旅行时间的可靠性。 基于北京地铁自动售检票系统(AFC)所提供的数据。首先,对乘客旅行时间的分布规律进行研究,并利用K-S单样本检验予以验证,得到东直门至北京站的乘客旅行时间服从Gamma分布、对数正态分布。其次,在掌握了旅行时间分布规律的基础上,通过计划旅行时间(PT)、计划旅行时间指数(PTI)、可靠性缓冲时间(RBT)、可靠性缓冲时间指数(RBTI)、额外的可靠性缓冲时间(ERBT)五项指标,分别就客流规模、运输距离、换乘次数、运营故障四个方面对旅行时间的可靠性及影响方式进行了研究。

With the rapid development of China's urban rail transit, passengers are more sensitive to the change of travel time. In order to better meet the requirements of the passengers and improve the competitiveness of urban rail transit in the traffic system, we need to master the distribution of the travel time of the passengers in the urban rail transit and the reliability of the travel time. Using the data provided by the automatic fare collection system(AFC) of Beijing metro. First of all, the distribution of the passengers' travel time is studied, and the K-S single sample test is used to verify the passengers' travel time in Dongzhimen to Beijing Railway Station to obey the Gamma distribution and lognormal distribution. Secondly, based on the distribution of travel time, through the following five indicators: plan travel time (PT), plans travel time index (PTI), reliability buffer time (RBT), reliability buffer time index (RBTI) and the extra reliability buffer time (ERBT), The influence of the passenger flow scale, transport distance, transfer number and operation fault on the reliability of the travel time were studied.
