专业硕士研究生学术不端行为有违国家"开拓创新"的号召,并阻碍研究生教育和培养质量的提升。以183名专业硕士研究生为调查对象,通过分析问卷调查法收集的数据,整体把握专业硕士研究生学术不端行为的表现、原因、感知、群体环境和教育环境等方面的现状;之后,利用场论理论思想从心理场和环境场两个角度深入剖析专业硕士研究生学术不端行为的成因;最后,提出专业硕士研究生学术不端行为的防范对策。

cademic misconduct behaviors in colleges do not fit in the call of "pioneering and innovation" in China, which hinders the development of innovation process and shows negative impacts on the academic environment. Taking 183 part-time postgraduates as the research object, the data were collected using questionnaire method for the current status of academic misconduct behaviors, i.e. the performance, causes, perception, group environment and educational environment. The causes of academic misconduct behaviors for the part-time postgraduates are analyzed based on the Lewin\'s field theory, and the preventive measurements were also proposed against the academic misconduct behaviors.
