Study on the reactive dyeing in D5 reverse micelle system

针对活性染料染色高浓度电解质污染问题,以织物染色匀染性和K/S值为评价指标,优选出D5反胶束活性染料染色工艺:Na2CO3作为固色碱剂,浓度40g/L,染色时间30min;并研究了反胶束含水量W0、中性电解质Na2SO4对活性染料染色性能的影响,结果表明:相同染料浓度(%o.w.f)下,反胶束体系染色后织物的K/S值随着D5反胶束含水量W0的增加而下降,Na2SO4对活性染料反胶束染色并无明显促染作用,反胶束染色可以实现活性染料“无盐染色”。

iming at the high concentration electrolyte pollution of reactive dyeing, level dyeing property and K/S value of dyed fabrics were used as evaluation indexes for selecting out the D5 reverse micelle dyeing process as follows: the Na2CO3 concentration of 40g/L and process duration of 30min. The influences of water content W0 of reverse micelle and addition of neutral electrolyte Na2SO4 on the reactive dyeing were investigated, and the results indicated that K/S value of dyed fabrics decreased with the increase of W0 at the same dye concentration(%o.w.f), Na2SO4 had no promotion effect on reactive dyeing in D5 reverse micelle system, which can realize \\\"salt-free dyeing\\\" of reactive.
