锰酸锶镧薄膜的制备及组织、性能研究
Preparation, Microstructure and Properties of La1-xSrxMnO3 Films
用丝网印刷方法在氧化铝基底上制备La0.8Sr0.2MnO3和La0.6Sr0.4MnO3薄膜,并利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和四探针测试仪研究了薄膜的显微组织、相组成及导电性,重点研究了浆料中的溶剂和添加剂对薄膜组织及性能的影响。结果表明,采用La1-xSrxMnO3粉体作导电相,松油醇和聚乙二醇分别作溶剂和添加剂,前者加入量可选取导电相的63.5 ~ 254 wt%,后者最优加入量为16 wt%,并最终在1200 ℃下烧结2 h,可以获得表面平整、厚度均匀、结合牢固、电阻较小的La1-xSrxMnO3薄膜。另外,熔块粉的加入对La0.6Sr0.4MnO3薄膜的结合强度和电阻均有不同程度的提高。
Films with stoichiometric formula La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 and La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 were fabricated on alumina substrates by the screen printing method. Microstructure, phase compositions and electrical conductivity of the films prepared with different slurry constitutions were investigated by SEM, XRD and four-point d.c. method, and the effects of solvent and additive in the slurry on the microstructure and properties of the films were mainly analyzed. It was indicated that the preparing technology of the films with smooth surface, uniform thickness, strong bond strength between the film and substrate, and low electrical resistance, demanded that the La1-xSrxMnO3 powder was used as the electrical matrix, terpilenol as the solvent with 63.5 ~ 254 wt% of the matrix, PEG as the additive with 16 wt%, the final sintering temperature as 1200 ℃ with 2 h. In addition, the bond strength and resistance of the La0.6Sr0.4MnO3 film have some enhancement with the addition of fritted glaze.
