内压和弯矩作用下含轴向内表面裂纹弯管的KI和KII有限元解
HE FINITE ELEMET SOLUTION OF KI AND KII FOR AXIAL SURFACE CRACKS INSIDE PIPING ElBOW UNDER INTERNAL PRESSURE AND MOMENT
本文借助大型工程计算软件Ansys,采用有限单元法,建立含轴向内表面裂纹弯管的有限元模形。针对内压和弯矩作用的两种不同载荷条件下,计算了不同壁厚、不同裂纹深度和长度三维表面裂纹的应力强度因子KI和KII,所得值具有工程参考价值。
Based on 3D finite element method, the model of Piping elbow with the axial surface crack was established. For different piping thickness, crack deepness and length, the paper gives the solution of the stress intensity factor KI and KII under internal pressure and moment. The results show that the model method is proved accuracy and these values can be used in engineering.
