采用天然的绿茶提取物茶多酚对氧化石墨进行还原和修饰,制备了茶多酚修饰石墨烯TPG,通过乳液共混法制备了天然橡胶(NR)/TPG纳米复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明,茶多酚修饰石墨烯TPG的加入能显著提高天然橡胶复合材料的模量;Mooney-Rivilin 拟合曲线以及XRD测试结果表明,TPG能有效促进天然橡胶复合材料的应变诱导结晶,从而实现复合材料的增强。

ea polyphenol modified graphene (TPG) were prepared by adopting tea polyphenols which is the extract of natural green tea, as both reducer and modifier for graphene oxide (GO) and subsequently natural rubber (NR)/TPG nanocomposites were prepared by latex co-coagulation method. Tensile test results indicate that the incorporation of TPG significantly improve the modulus of NR composites. Mooney-Rivilin polts and XRD results demonstrate that the present of TPG effectively promote the strain induced crystallization of NR composites, which is account for the enhancement of NR/TPG nanocomposites
