信号完整性仿真结果可信度的定量评估
HE QUANTITATIVE EVALUATION METHOD OF THE SI SIMULATION RESULTS CREDIBILITY
视觉评估是目前公认的最权威的评估方法,多位专家通过观察两组待评估数据的接近程度给出仿真结果的可信等级。然而,由于人类的疲劳程度、年龄和经验等方面的差异使得专家在进行视觉评估存在一定的主观差异性。因此建立一套模拟人脑视觉评估机制的SI仿真结果可信度定量评价体系变得十分迫切。本文使用层次分析法确定定量评估方法的权重,从而完成了SI的仿真结果可信度评估的数据特性解构法的建立。并且使用FSV方法和数据特性解构法分别对信号完整性的S参数仿真结果可信度进行了验证。
he difference of confidence level with reliability and the connection of reliability with similar degree were discoursed upon. The method of fixed quantity evaluation simulation system reliability with similar degree was brought forward. The application use practice in engineering is introduced. It is indicated that this is effective and enforceable technique that evaluates reliability of simulation system model.
