外源水杨酸在葡萄土壤中的动态变化研究

为探讨外源酚酸在土壤中动态变化趋势,本试验以贝达(V.riparia?V.labrusca Beta)葡萄扦插苗为试材,采用盆栽避雨栽培方式,将外源水杨酸按不同浓度(0.25 mg/g、0.5 mg/g、1.0 mg/g、1.5 mg/g和2.0 mg/g)施入到有或无葡萄栽培的盆栽土壤中,采用HPLC技术测定水杨酸在土壤中的动态含量变化。结果表明,水杨酸在土壤中很容易被吸附,在未灭菌土壤中,0.25 mg/g、0.5 mg/g、1.0 mg/g的水杨酸6 0h内达到吸附平衡,吸附率分别为99.83%、99.95%、99.96%,灭菌土壤中水杨酸在72h内未出现快速吸附过程,且吸附量明显小于未灭菌土壤对水杨酸的吸附量。盆栽试验表明,外施水杨酸3d后,除B2(0.5 mg/g)和B4(1.5mg/g)处理,其他各处理种植葡萄土壤中水杨酸含量均低于未种植葡萄处理,21d时除B2处理,其他处理土壤中的水杨酸含量均低于0.04ug/g。表明水杨酸容易被土壤吸附及微生物分解,其很难在土壤中积累。

In order to investigate the dynamic variation of autotoxic material-salicylic acid in soil. Pot seedling of Beta (V. riparia×V. labrusca) as experimental material under rain-shelter conditions was adopted, and the content of salicylic acid was determined by HPLC after 0.25 mg/g, 0.5 mg/g, 1.0 mg/g,1.5mg/g and 2.0 mg/g salicylic applied in grape cultivation soil and no grape cultivation soil. The results showed that salicylic acid was adsorbed easily in soil, and the adsorption equilibrium appeared at 60h in 0.25 mg/g,0.5 mg/g and 1.0 mg/g of salicylic acid treatment, and adsorption rate were 99.83%, 99.95% and 99.96% respectively. The rapid adsorption process of salicylic acid was not appeared in sterilized soil, and the adsorption rate of salicylic acid in sterilized soil was lower than in unsterilized soil within 72h. Except B2(0.5 mg/g)and B4(1.5mg/g), salicylic acid contents in grape cultivation soil were lower than that in no grape cultivation soil after 3days of exogenous salicylic acid applied in soil, and the contents of salicylic acid were below 0.04ug/g at 21d except B2 treatment. It indicated that salicylic acid was easy to be absorbed by soil and decomposed by microbe , and it was difficult to accumulate in soil.
