超临界二氧化碳循环系统经济性能研究
Economic Analysis on Supercritical CO2 Cycle System
超临界二氧化碳动力循环系统具有结构紧凑、循环效率高、建造成本低以及可实现模块化技术等优点,被认为是近期内最具应用前景的能量转换系统之一。本文首先针对超临界二氧化碳简单循环和超临界二氧化碳再压缩循环这两种典型的超临界二氧化碳动力循环系统进行了对比分析,超临界二氧化碳再压缩循环可以解决存在于简单循环中的回热器"夹点"问题,具有更好的热力性能,是一种更为先进的超临界二氧化碳布雷顿循环系统。之后,在考虑系统中主要设备,包括,透平、主压缩机、再压压缩机和换热器成本的基础上,建立了超临界二氧化碳布雷顿循环经济学模型,并使用MIT的Dostal论文中循环造价结果进行了对比,发现估算结果比较接近。最后,选取了循环总造价与净输出功的比值作为系统经济性能研究的目标函数,经过研究发现,热源温度、透平进口温度、循环压比、回热器窄点温差等关键参数对循环经济性能具有重要影响。
he supercritical carbon dioxide (SCO2) power cycle has been foreseen as one of the most near term promising energy conversion systems in the application field of emerging energy, due to its compactness, high efficiency, low construction cost, modularity, and so on. In this paper, the Supercritical CO2 Brayton cycles including the SCO2 single-recuperated Brayton cycle and recompression recuperated Brayton cycle are considered, and the comparative analyses are conducted at first. The SCO2 recompression recuperated Brayton cycle could rectify the temperature pinching problem that exists in SCO2 recompression recuperated Brayton cycle, and has a much better thermodynamic pEconomic Analysis on Supercritical CO2 Cycle Systemerformance, which is a more advanced SCO2 power cycle. Then, the economic model of SCO2 power cycle is built, based on the main components cost of the heat exchangers and the turbomachinery. And a group of key conditions and the corresponding SCO2 power cycle cost from Dostal\'s paper are selected, which is used to compare the cost results from this study. The cost results are similar. Finally, the economical analysis on SCO2 power cycle is conducted in this paper, taking cycle cost/ cycle power as objective function. It is observed that the cycle parameters such as heat source temperature, turbine inlet temperature, cycle pressure ratio, and pinch temperature difference of heat exchangers have significant effects on the cycle economical performance.
