公租房高闲置率的原因分析及对策研究--以南京市为例

南京是全国较早发展公共租赁住房的城市之一,经过一段时期的发展与建设,公共租赁住房并未受到社会的热烈欢迎,闲置率较高。本文以南京为例对公共租赁住房的发展现状进行分析,结果表明其的高闲置率主要是由于:公共租赁住房小区位置偏远、交通不便;用人单位对社会保障认识不足等原因,在此基础上提出了对策与建议,以使公共租赁住房更好的发展与建设。

Nanjing is one of cities which developed public rental housing early.During the development and construction,public rental housing has not been accepted enthusiastically with a higher vacancy rate.In this paper,the status of public rental housing was analysized,the results showed that the high vacancy rate mainly derived from remote location of public rental housing,transport hurdles and lacking of recognition of benefits system,etc.Then,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to lead a better development of public rental housing.
