不同动力系统下的叉车环保性能分析

为了响应节能、高效、环保的可持续发展要求,分析比较了不同动力驱动下叉车的环保性能。在当代,环保性能的定义是宏观的、广义的。包括叉车的工作效率、所需的维护维修时间和成本、所用蓄电池的使用时间以及叉车的制动效率等都可归入环保性能的范畴。内燃叉车虽能通过高档发动机使尾气排放量达到最小,但其使用不可再生资源提供动力,因此不具备绝对的环保性。只有电动叉车可以通过风能、潮汐能、太阳能等可再生资源取代火力发电,从而具备真正意义上的环保价值。而电动叉车的环保性能和动力方式有必然联系,采用永磁交流驱动的电动叉车具有最优越的环保性能。
For responding to the appealing of sustainable development, the analysis compares environmental performance of fork lift trucks, motivated by different power system. At the contemporary, the definition of environmental protection function is macroscopic, broad sense. Include the work efficiency of fork lift trucks, need of maintaining and supporting time and cost, the storage battery used of usage time and the brake efficiency can be placed into the category of environmental protection function. Engine powered fork lift truck does not have an absolute environmental protection performance, cause it uses non renewable energy resource,although it can make the tail spirit exhaust quantity to attain least through upscale launch machine. Only Electric Fork Lift Trucks have realistic value of environmental performance, when renewable energy resources, for instance, tidal energy, solar energy.etc, can one day put into practise instead of steam electric power generation. However,Electric Fork Lift Trucks’ environmental protection performance is inevitably relative to the power system.Those motivated by permanent magnet motor have the most superior environmental protection performance.
