担载钒氧化物催化剂对柴油碳烟催化燃烧抗硫中毒性能的研究

用柠檬酸络合助溶的等体积浸渍法制备了不同载体(-Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2和CeO2)担载的系列钒氧化物催化剂,使用红外光谱对这些催化剂硫中毒老化后的结构进行了表征,采用程序升温氧化反应(TPO)技术评价了这些硫老化后的催化剂对柴油碳烟催化燃烧的活性。实验结果表明:担载钒基氧化物催化剂被硫老化后,催化剂表面主要以亚硫酸盐物种的形态存在。硫老化对催化剂的活性有一定的影响,催化剂在硫老化后,催化活性降低,碳烟燃烧的温度升高。对于不同的载体担载的钒基氧化物催化剂来说,V4/TiO2和V4/ZrO2催化剂的抗硫性最好,V4/Al2O3和V4/SiO2催化剂的抗硫性次之,V4/CeO2催化剂的抗硫性最差。

bstract: Several systems of V m/CeO2 catalysts were prepared by incipient-wet impregnation assisted by citric acid method. The structures of catalysts after being calcined under SO2 atmosphere were characterized by using IR spectroscopy techiques, and their catalytic performances for diesel soot combustion were investigated by temperature-programmed oxidation reaction (TPO). The results showed that the catalyst surfaces were mainly some sulfite species when the supported-vanadium oxide catalysts were calcined under SO2 atmosphere. The catalytic activties of catalysts became poor and the combustion temperatures of soot would increase. For different carrier supported-vanadium oxide catalysts, the resitant-SO2 poison ability of V4/TiO2 and V4/ZrO2 catalysts were the best, and that of V4/Al2O3 and V4/SiO2 catalysts became poor, and that of V4/CeO2 catalyst was the worst.
