一种微形变量化检测系统研究

本文应用应变片测量微小形变程度,并把采集到的模拟量通过A/D转换成数字量,以便进行数据分析和研究。详细叙述了硬件平台结构以及单片机控制A/D芯片TLC2543的实现程序,并且对信号进行了非递归FIR滤波处理。实验证明该装置能够精确的测量皮肤伸缩程度,并得到量化的数值供后续研究分析处理。
he design is applied to strain patches measuring the tiny form changes degree, and covering analog signals which strain patches collected to digital signal in order to analyze the data in computer. This thesis described in detail in the hardware structure and procedure that Single Chip Microcomputer controlled A/D converter TLC2543.The signal is handled by Non - recursive FIR filter.By experiment, This experiment proved that this equipment can accurately measure skin stretch and shrink degree, and provide the digital values to further analysis.
