饲料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇对昆明小鼠毒性的初步研究
he Toxicology of Deoxynivalenol in Dietary on Kunming Mice
昆明小鼠40只,分为4组,每组10只,分别饲喂1mg/kg(1mg DON组)、3mg/kg(3mg DON组)、5mg/kg(5mg DON组)和基础日粮。饲喂20天后分别测定其生长性能、血清生化、血常规和免疫器官的重量等指标,并且观察肝脏、脾脏、十二指肠、胃、肾脏和胸腺的病理变化。结果表明5mg DON组在增重、饲料转化率、免疫器官的重量(胸腺,脾脏)、红细胞计数、平均红细胞体积、血小板计数、血清中的总蛋白、球蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、尿素氮、肌酐、甘油三酯等方面与对照组相比差异显著(p<0.05);而1mg DON组和3mg DON组与对照组相比差异均不显著(p>0.05)。5mg DON组的组织器官的也出现了不同程度的病理变化。
Forty Kunming mice were divided into four groups, ten mice per group. Deoxynivalenol(DON)was added into the feed with the concenteation 0, 1, 3 and 5 mg/kg, respectively. After feeding 20 d, the growth performance and blood biochemical, haematological parameters,the weight of immune organ and histopathological change were monitored. At the high toxin levels (5mg/kg DON), the feed consumption, body weight gains, the weight of immune organ including thoracic gland and spleen), red blood cell count, mean corpuscular volume and blood platelets count were evidently lowered (p<0.05). The total protein, globulin, urea nitrigen,creatinine and triglyceride in serum were decreased significantly at high toxin levels (5mg/kg DON), however, the glutamate-pyruvate transaminase, glutamic oxalacetic transaminase, alkali phosphatase and albumin/globulion in the serum increased significantly(p<0.05). The histopathologic examination results showed that there were differecnt changes in organisms including liver,spleen, duodenum, stomach, kidney and thymus gland.
