桂花浸膏的微波辅助萃取研究

Study on the microwave-assisted extraction of osmanthus fragrans concrete

采用微波辅助萃取技术从桂花中萃取了桂花浸膏,考察了微波功率、萃取时间、溶剂用量、溶剂乙醇含水量及萃取次数等参数对浸膏得率的影响。实验发现,浸膏得率随萃取时间,溶剂乙醇含水量及溶剂用量的变化均呈先增大后减小趋势;微波功率的变化对桂花浸膏得率的影响不明显。所获得的最佳工艺条件是微波功率810 W、萃取时间5 min、溶剂用量200 mL、溶剂乙醇含水量70%、搅拌速度350 rpm,此时,桂花浸膏一次得率高达2.644 wt%。在以上基础上进一步从所得桂花浸膏中提取了桂花精油,并采用GC-MS对精油成分进行了分析,发现所得桂花精油中配度在90%以上的成分达到了34种。微波辅助萃取法,萃取时间短,浸膏得率高,是有前途的桂花浸膏萃取方法。

he osmanthus fragrans concrete is extracted from the osmanthus fragrans by the microwave-assisted extraction method and the effects of the microwave power, the extraction time, the solvent loading amount, and the water concentration in solvent on the concrete yield are investigated. It is found that the concrete yield increases firstly and then decreases with the extraction time, the solvent loading amount, and the water concentration in solvent. The effect of the microwave power on the concrete yield is not obvious. The concrete yield can reach 2.644 wt% under microwave power of 810 W, the extraction time of 5 min, the solvent loading amount of 200 mL, the water concentration of 70% in solvent, and stirred speed of 350 rpm. The osmanthus essential oil was further obtained from the osmanthus fragrans concrete and its components were analyzed by GC-MS. It is found that there are 34 components with adaptability of 90% in the osmanthus essential oil. The microwave-assisted extraction method with a short extraction time and a high concrete yield is suitable for the exraction of the osmanthus fragrans concrete.
