全无机卤素钙钛矿CsPbCl3 的CVD制备及其离子交换的研究
Study on CVD Preparation and Ion Exchange of All Inorganic Halogen Perovskite CsPbCl3
无机卤化物钙钛矿近年来成为炙手可热的新型半导体材料,在光电子、新能源等领域得到了广泛关注。研究人员一直致力于制备具有高质量的无机卤化物钙钛矿单晶材料。如何实现钙钛矿单晶的高质量生长一直是亟需攻克的难题。本文介绍了一种通过化学气相沉积(CVD)制备卤代无机钙钛矿CsPbCl3和CsPbBr3的方法。结合显微镜及光谱表征发现片状结构的钙钛矿材料在边缘处发光较为突出且具有高效的发光效率。此外,PL图像中对应于曲线峰值的波长与之前的报告一致。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像显示钙钛矿的表面光滑且质量高。能谱仪(EDS)图片显示,三种元素均匀分布在钙钛矿单晶中。最后,在利用所制备的CsPbCl3和CsPbBr3单晶材料分别进行了液相和气相离子交换,且取得了良好的实验成果,能够实现钙钛矿的光谱及带隙连续可调。局域空间的钙钛矿离子交换具有较高的离子交换效率,具有交换条件简单,交换时间短等有点,为钙钛矿的离子交换研究提供了新的研究思路。
Inorganic halide perovskite has become a hot new semiconductor material in recent years and has received widespread attention in the fields of optoelectronics, new energy, and other fields. Researchers have been committed to preparing high-quality inorganic halide perovskite single crystal materials. How to achieve high-quality growth of perovskite single crystals has always been an urgent problem to overcome. This paper introduces a method for preparing halogenated inorganic perovskite CsPbCl3 and CsPbBr3 by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Combining microscope and spectral characterization, it was found that the perovskite material with a lamellar structure exhibited prominent luminescence at the edges and had high luminous efficiency. In addition, the wavelength corresponding to the curve peak in the PL image is consistent with previous reports. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images show that the surface of perovskite is smooth and of high quality. Energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) images show that the three elements are uniformly distributed in perovskite single crystals. Finally, the prepared CsPbCl3 and CsPbBr3 single crystal materials were used for liquid phase and gas phase ion exchange, respectively, and good experimental results were achieved, enabling continuous adjustable spectrum and band gap of perovskite. Perovskite ion exchange in local space has high ion exchange efficiency, simple exchange conditions, and short exchange time, providing a new research idea for the study of ion exchange of perovskite.
