马钱子配伍苏木对佐剂关节炎大鼠免疫机制的研究

objective: by observing the compatibility of nux vomica wood (hereinafter referred to as "su) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats foot swelling and immune organ thymus, spleen coefficient, the influence of TNF alpha, CRP levels in serum, to investigate the anti-inflammatory immune mechanism of su, anti-inflammatory immune function and to seek the best compatibility proportion. Methods: according to random number table method to 70 Wistar rats were divided into blank group, model group, nux vomica decoction group, su 1:6, 1:12, 1:18, luxuriously decoction group 7, except the blank group in rat right rear foot plantar pad of intradermal injection of complete freund's adjuvant (CFA) 0.1 ml, copy the AA rats model, respectively for 25 days in a row, at different times with micrometer to measure the foot plantar thickness, observe su different compatibility groups influence on AA rats foot swelling, immune organ thymus, spleen coefficient, determination of rats by ELISA method for determining the content of serum TNF alpha, CRP, to see su different compatibility groups influence on cytokine levels in AA rats. Results: su the nux vomica alone on AA rats model of joint swelling degree has obvious inhibitory effect, in which su 1:18 best, thymus and spleen of AA rats has the protective effect of immune organ, and can decrease the AA rats serum TNF alpha, CRP levels. Conclusion: su has prevention and cure function to the AA, its mechanism may be related to the inhibition of inflammatory factor generated, its better compatibility proportion of su 1:18.
