微生物诱导形成的方解石研究

采用X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和热重分析仪等测试手段对比分析了微生物诱导形成的方解石和化学法形成的方解石两者差异。研究结果表明:微生物诱导形成的方解石可以把松散颗粒胶结在一起,而化学法形成的方解石则不能把松散颗粒胶结在一起;微生物诱导形成的方解石形貌呈球形或球状聚集体,而化学法形成的方解石呈斜方六面体形貌;微生物诱导形成的方解石分解温度为683 ℃,活化能为47.5 KJ/mol,而化学法形成的方解石分解温度为663 ℃,活化能为44.1 KJ/mol。

he difference of calcite formed by microbially method and chemically method was investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively.The results indicated that loose particles could be cemented by microbially induced calcite, but it could not be cemented by chemically formed calcite.The morphology of microbially induced formation calcite was sphere and spherical aggregate, but that of chemical formation calcite was oblique hexagonal body.
