基于人脸表情的在线学生课堂评价系统
Student classroom evaluation system based on facial expression
受新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情影响,国内多所学校延期开学,正常的教学计划受到不同程度的影响。在此背景下,在线教育模式受到了包括各类学校、教育机构的大力推崇,区别于传统课堂教育模式,在线课堂一大特点--师生的时空分离,使得教师无法实时监测到学习者的听课状态,不能随时获取学习者对课堂的反馈等问题。本文设计并实现一个基于人脸表情的在线学生自动评价系统,在设计过程中利用深度学习搭建出一个能够识别不同情绪的表情识别系统,利用keras框架完成模型的搭建与训练,之后基于真实课堂产生的学生表情信息以及语音信息做出对课程的预估评价分数,并基于W&D推荐算法改进课堂评价模型,输出以百分制形式的课堂质量评分。

In this context, the online education has been highly respected by various schools and educational institutions. Different from the traditional classroom education model, a major feature of online classrooms-the separation of teachers and students in time and space, makes it impossible for teachers to get learner feedback on the classroom and other issues at any time. This article designs and implements an online student automatic evaluation system based on facial expressions. In the design process, deep learning is used to build an expression recognition system that can recognize different emotions. The keras framework is used to complete the model. Then, based on the student\'s expression information and voice data generated in the real classroom, an estimated evaluation score for the course is made, and based on W & D recommendations The algorithm improves the classroom evaluation model, outputs the classroom quality score in the form of a percentage system, and finally applies the system to the online student classroom system.
