借助氮等温吸附脱附、X-射线衍射、氨程序升温脱附和催化剂性能评价考察了HZSM-5/SAPO-34复合分子筛中SAPO-34的含量对催化剂结构、酸性和乙醇制丙烯催化性能的影响。结果表明,SAPO-34的含量影响催化剂的酸量和酸强度分布,从而导致催化剂具有不同的乙醇制丙烯性能。为了高收率获得丙烯,催化剂必须具有适当的总酸量。

Effects of SAPO-34 content on the properties and reactivity of HZSM-5/SAPO-34 composite catalyst for ethanol conversion to propylene were investigated by nitrogen isothermal adsorption-desorption, powder X-ray diffraction, amomina temperature-programmed desorption and catalytic test. The results show, the content of SAPO-34 affected the cncentration and distribution of acid sites, which in turn determined the reactivity of HZSM-5/SAPO-34 catalyst. It is necessary that the catalyst has the moderate concentration and distribution of acid sites for achieving the high propylene yield.
