RIB1基因rs17321515多态性与冠心病关联研究

Objective：We aim to evaluate the correlation of TRIB1 gene polymorphism rs17321515 with the risk for coronary heart disease (CHD) in Han population of Ningbo city, east of China. Methods: We collected blood samples and clinical characteristics of 290 CHD cases and 198 non-CHD controls and 331 healthy controls. Acquired the genomic DNA and analyzed the rs17321515 genotyping. Results: There was no significant difference with the distribution of genotypes or alleles of rs17321515 between CHD cases and non-CHD controls or CHD cases and healthy controls. With same genotype, no difference was found between CHD cases and non-CHD controls in lipid levels. But in CHD group, patients carried AG genotype had a higher triglyceride (TG) level (2.09±1.07) than patients carried AA genotype (1.76±1.04) (P < 0.05). And its low density lipoprotein (LDL) level (2.14±1.08) was lower than AA genotype carriers (2.52±1.48) (P < 0.05). While in non-CHD control group, AA carriers (2.22±1.14)、AG carriers (2.03±1.09) had a higher TG value than the GG carriers (1.68±1.03) (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The present case-control study indicated that the TRIB1 gene polymorphism rs17321515 has no significant association with CHD risk. The patients carried AA genotype had a lower TG level and a higher LDL level, while non-CHD controls carried A allele had a higher TG level.I
