齐拉西酮及其中间体的合成路线综述

Ziprasidone is currently one of the important antipsychotics. Now it is widely used in the treatment of mental disease, because of its higher security. It will not increase the weight of patients or cause the danger of metabolic disorder and the increasing of prolactive level. This paper mainly introduced this new kind of antipsychotic, analyzed the various methods of compounding Ziprasidone and its important intermediates ,such as 6 - chloro - 5 - (2 - chlorine ethyl) - 2 - indoles ketone .At the end of the paper, we also evaluated these mthods simply.
