结合某高速铁路某站中央站房钢网壳下弦铸钢节点的设计实例,对大型铸钢相贯节点的设计和受力进行初步的研究和分析,通过有限元数值模拟,研究节点结构应力分布,并进一步通过正交试验数值模拟,找出对节点最大应力影响较大的设计参数,为相贯铸钢节点的设计和相关标准的制定提供可靠的依据。

he preliminary analysis and study on large steel casting intersecting joints design and force conditions combined with a Steel Reticulated Shell bottom chord joints design example of a high-speed railway central station. Study the distribution of joints structure stress by finite element numerical simulation. And then finds out the design parameters which has great influence on the maximum stress of joints by further orthogonal test numerical simulation. To Provide reliable basis for making relevant standards about intersecting steel casting joints design.
