本文主要介绍了燃气蒸汽联合循环发电站在油气切换过程氮气吹扫以及氮气封堵中出现的氮气管网压力控制不稳定的问题,根据反馈、前馈控制原理,利用DCS技术和CCM Studio组态软件,通过多次试验分析比较,最终利用前馈反馈复合控制技术对原氮气管网压力控制系统进行优化,实现了氮气管网压力稳定控制,满足机组在各种工况下的运行条件,保证联合循环发电机组安全稳定。

his paper mainly introduces the problem of nitrogen pressure control instability in CCPP during the oil and gas switching process, according to feedback and feedforward control principle, using DCS technology and CCM Studio configuration software. Through multiple experimental analysis and comparison, the nitrogen pressure control system was optimized by the feedforward feedback composite control technology, and the pressure stability control of the nitrogen was realized.It meets the operating conditions of the unit under various working conditions and ensures the safety and stability of CCPP.
