管片式换热器冷凝排水数学模型研究
Modeling of Condensate Drainage of Plain-fin-and-tube Heat Exchangers
本文对静止状态下的管片换热器冷凝排水特性进行了数学分析,建立了数学模型。该模型能够正确反应冷凝水排出的动态过程,与实验结果吻合较好。论文同时分析了换热器的结构尺寸和翅片材料对冷凝水影响,为换热器设计和优化提供帮助。
Based on the mathematical analysis, a numerical model of condensate drainage of plain-fin-and-tube heat exchangers under off-cycle condition is established. The model can present the dynamic characteristics of condensate drainage. Effects of the geometric parameters and materials on the condensate drainage are studied. The numerical data agree with the experimental data very well, which can help engineers in the plain-fin-and-tube heat exchangers design and optimization.
