65个水稻主栽品种（系）对白叶枯病菌的抗性鉴定
Identification of Resistance to Baeterial leaf Blight in Sixty five Commercial Rice Cultivars（Lines）in China
用中国的9个白叶枯病鉴别小种及国际水稻研究所3个小种的代表性菌株，在2008和2009连续两年对从全国各地征集的65个主栽品种 (系)进行抗病性鉴定。结果表明：测定的 65个品种（系）对12个白叶枯病菌小种代表性菌株的抗病性反应存在显著差异，粳稻品种尤其是江苏的镇稻、扬稻、徐稻、南粳和武粳系列品种对白叶枯病有较宽的抗谱和较好的抗性，南方稻区大面积推广应用的杂交籼稻及亲本如明恢63、盐恢559、粤泰A、Ⅱ32A、88S、内香2A、D62A和K17A等抗病性较差。各品种年度内不同重复间的抗性反应稳定，差异不显著；不同水稻品种年度间的病斑长度有一定幅度的波动，但对其抗感类型的划分影响不大。
total of 65 rice cultivars(lines), which were commercilized in the South and Yangtze river delt in China, were evaluated for their resistance to nine Chinese races and three Philippines of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryza in 2008-2009. The result revealed that there a great variance in the resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryza among the cultivars(lines) tested, based on the disease lesion three weeks after inoculation. In total the japonica cultivars showed stronger resistance to the pathogen, including those cultivars named as ZhenJing, YangJing ,XuJing, NanJing and WuJing, and the indica cultivars widely grown in the South of Chinawere with poor resistant, like Minghui 63, Yanhui 559, Yuetai-A, II32-A, 88S, Neixiang-A, D62-A and K17-A. Although there were a little shift in the disease lesion of some cultivars between the year 2008 and 2009 there were no significant differences in resistance of the tested cultivars within a year or betweem two years.
