作为脊椎动物红细胞中的负责运载氧分子的蛋白质,血红蛋白是血液代用品的主要研究对象之一。本文利用膜超滤分离纯化的方法,研究浓缩血红蛋白溶液在超滤过程中溶液水分的渗透通量,溶液浓度和滤膜内外压力差之间的相互关系,对膜阻力和浓差极化阻力进行了定量描述,建立传质模型。

Hemoglobin is the iron-containing oxygen-transport metalloprotein in the red blood cells of vertebrates. Based on the most important function of hemoglobin, most products of blood substitutes in advanced-phase clinical trials are derivatives of hemoglobin. In our research, the relationship among the water permeation flux and the differential operation pressure between outside and inside, the solution concentration in ultrafiltration process was studied by using the way of ultrafiltration. Besides, we also calculated the resistance coefficient from the membrane and the concentration polarization and established a mass transfer model of hemoglobin solution.
