小麦组织培养研究进展
dvances of Study on Wheat Tissue Culture
小麦组织培养是利用基因工程改良小麦品种的重要基础和保证。对不同小麦外植体(幼胚、幼穗、成熟胚、幼叶、根、小孢子、花药、原生质体等)组织培养研究现状进行了综述。
Wheat tissue culture is the foundation and assurance of improving wheat by plant gene engineering. different wheat explants, such as immature embryo, inflorescence, mature embryo, young leaf, root, microspore,anther, protoplast,were cultured to obtain regenerative plants, the advances of study on which were summarized in this paper.
