燃料电池混合动力列车建模与仿真研究

Modeling and Simulation Research of Fuel Cell Hybrid Locomotive

文中以课题组研发的燃料电池电动列车为原型,将动力系统改进为燃料电池和蓄电池为能量源的混合动力列车。根据列车的动力性能指标,确定了本文设计列车的电动机功率、燃料电池功率、蓄电池功率、主减速比和变速器档比等参数以及主要部件的选型,采用功率跟随控制策略作为燃料电池混合动力驱动系统的控制模式,完成了列车典型工况下燃料电池、蓄电池之间的功率分配计算和控制。并在MATLAB/SIMULINK软件平台上,搭建了燃料电池控制、蓄电池充放电、DC/DC变换器、能量管理等子系统模型及整车模型。在确定相应仿真参数和列车运行工况后,对通过仿真软件得到的仿真结果进行了分析。仿真结果表明机车模型搭建准确,动力源能满足典型工况下的功率需求且主、副动力源功率分配合理。

Based on the fuel cell electrical train by our research group, redesigning its original power system into a fuel cell/battery hybrid energy system. According to the momentum indicators of the trains ,we designed the main parameters, such as motor power, battery power, fuel cell power, final drive ratio, gear ratios and the types of the main components. In addition, using power control strategy as the control mode of fuel cell hybrid drive system, we also finished calculation and control of power distribution between fuel cell and battery under the typical operating conditions. Besides, based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform, we built power management subsystem model and the whole vehicle model, including a fuel cell controller, battery charging and discharging model, DC/DC converter. After simulation parameters are set, simulation results are analyzed. The results show that: the selection of major components is reasonable, all the subsystems and the whole vehicle model are correct, the fuel cell and battery power allocation is logical.
